The new app for apple and android allows you to connect with others by not only email addresses and phone numbers but also via social media platforms. The app allows you to connect using the Konnect QR code, just scan another individuals code and exchange all your contact details, send and accept friend request and follow one another.
We take a look at the apps features…
After downloading the app, the first thing you need to do is create an account, entering your email address and a 
password to create your profile. The app will then allow you to upload a photo so people know who you are along with your email, phone number and website address. You can then add your social networks or if you aren’t on a certain platform Konnect will allow you to create one through the app and then login to it.
Once all your profile is created you can then ‘Konnect’ with others, the app uses your camera to scan another’s QR code or you can use your code to let others connect with you. Once the code has been scanned, you can then select which information you would like to share- if you’re connected with someone within business, you might just want to share your email and LinkedIn profile or if you’re sharing with a friend you may select all your social media profiles.
Konnect also has a ‘feed’ feature, similar to Facebook the app allows you to see who you’ve connected with and when, you can also view all your connections at any time- the details of all the people you’ve connected with will be stored as a contact in your phone.
“No signal, no problem”, another great feature of the app ensures that if you make a connection whilst the phone is not connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data the phone will save the data and once internet connection on the phone becomes available it will continue to make the connection.

Yes! After the app became available to download from the app store, the team here at ZC Social media have been playing around with it and we love it. Whether you use it for business or personal use it’s a simple way to build your online community, and it’s free!
