TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Tickets and Booking
1.1 All tickets are sold on a per-delegate basis. A booking constitutes a confirmed place at the event once payment has been received in full.
- No Refunds
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable.
2.2 Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason, including (but not limited to) changes in personal circumstances, diary conflicts, travel issues or illness.
2.3 Please ensure you can attend before purchasing.
- Delegate Substitutions
3.1 If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
3.2 You must notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event by email, providing the full name and contact details of the replacement delegate.
3.3 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
- Event Changes
4.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, content, speakers, venue or timings where necessary.
4.2 Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible and will not normally give rise to a refund.
- Event Cancellation by Organiser
5.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, you will be offered:
- a full refund or
- a transfer to a rescheduled date (if applicable)
5.2 Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other associated costs.
- Attendance and Participation
6.1 This is a working session. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that participation is active and practical in nature.
6.2 No guarantee is given regarding specific business outcomes, results or financial performance following attendance.
- Food and Refreshments
7.1 Tea, coffee and water will be provided during the event.
7.2 Food is not provided as part of the ticket price. During the lunchbreak attendees are welcome to purchase food and refreshments at the venue. There are also multiple cafés nearby and the local supermarket (Waitrose) is 1 minute walk). You may also bring your own food, which may be eaten outside the venue.
- Photography and Recording
8.1 During the event, photographs and short video recordings may be taken for marketing, promotional and documentation purposes.
8.2 By attending the event, you consent to the use of such images or recordings in which you may appear, including on websites, social media, emails and other marketing materials.
8.3 If you DO NOT wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us at the reception desk at the event. We will take reasonable steps to respect your preference.
- Delegate Recording
9.1 To protect the privacy of attendees and the integrity of the working sessions, delegates are NOT PERMITTED to record video or audio during the event, including (but not limited to) filming presentations, discussions, hot seats or other participants.
9.2 We reserve the right to ask any delegate to stop recording or, in rare cases, to leave the event if this policy is not respected.
- Intellectual Property
10.1 All materials, frameworks and content shared during the event are for the personal use of the attendee only and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial training purposes without prior written consent.
- Data Protection
11.1 Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and used only for purposes connected with the administration and delivery of the event.
- Insurance and Personal Belongings
12.1 The event organisers hold appropriate public liability insurance for the delivery of this event.
12.2 Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings and any personal insurance they may wish to have in place. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
